What is Interrail?

One rail Pass. All of Europe. Since 1959.

What is an Interrail Pass?

With the Interrail Pass, you can explore one country, an entire region or all of Europe by train, at the pace you want. Your Pass gives you access to train and ferry companies across our Pass network, taking you from the cities you already know to places you might only notice from the train window.

There’s no fixed route and no fixed destination. The Pass has built-in flexibility, which means you can plan your route ahead of time or decide on the go.

To travel on most trains, you'll simply add the specific trip you’d like to take to the app and show your Pass to the ticket checker on board the train.

Why travel with Interrail?

Plan your trip in advance. Or make it up as you go. You can change your route along the way, stay somewhere longer or take a different train if your plans change.

See the landmarks. And the places the guidebooks skip. On an Interrail trip, you can visit Europe's famous spots, plus the villages, coastlines and countryside that others miss.

You can choose from different Pass options depending on where you want to go and how much you want to travel.
