For information on delivery costs and how long it will take for your Passes to be delivered to you, please continue to the checkout and fill in your address details.

Why do I pay for shipping?

Your Pass is a precious package with a high value. To make sure it arrives safely, we always use PostNL's secure shipping method that allows us to closely track the package.

If you're travelling with a group of friends, save on delivery by purchasing your Passes in the same order. They will be delivered together in the same package, so you only pay for delivery once.

Activating your Pass

If you live outside the 33 European countries included in our Pass Network, please note that you will need to activate your paper Pass in a train station before you can start using it. It must be activated within 11 months of the issuing date. Once you have arrived in Europe, you can activate your Pass at the ticket office of most large train stations for free. We can also pre-activate your Pass for you. To do this, simply choose the "activate my Pass" option during checkout when you place your order.
