Where can I find my Pass cover number?
Your Pass cover number starts with a letter followed by an 8-digit number. The Pass cover number is generally required to check the number of remaining seats or to reserve seats on the websites of some railway carriers or distributors, such as B-Europe.
- Paper Pass: You'll find your Pass cover number on the back of your Pass cover, above the QR code. Your Pass cover number is also on your paper Pass purchase confirmation email, so you can start making reservations as soon as the purchase is complete.
- Mobile Pass: If you need your Pass cover number, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
