TGV and OUIGO high-speed train

The TGV INOUI is a high-speed train that operates all over France and beyond. TGV is arguably one of the most well-known trains in the World. Travel from romantic Paris to the shores of the Mediterranean or the vineyards of the Loire Valley. Visit cities such as Bordeaux, Lyon and Marseille or catch a movie in world-famous Cannes. The international TGV INOUI services connect France with Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy and Spain. There’s also a service between France and Switzerland, operated by TGV Lyria.

OUIGO trains are low-cost TGV’s, travelling at the same high-speeds. Introduced only in 2013, they sometimes serve slightly different stations in order to operate more economically. Over the years, their network has also spread out across France, having a similar network compared to TGV’s. However, OUIGO trains mainly serve long distance destinations and often avoid the big Parisian stations in the city centre.
