Si tu as besoin d’aide pour ton Pass Interrail une fois en Europe, tu peux te rendre dans une billetterie internationale répertoriée comme bureau d’assistance. Ces bureaux sont situés dans les principales gares ferroviaires, et leur personnel pourra t’aider pour toute question relative à Interrail. S’il n’y a aucun bureau d’assistance répertorié pour le pays où tu voyages, tu peux te rendre au guichet international des plus grandes gares. Malheureusement, tu ne peux pas joindre les bureaux d’assistance par téléphone.
Note qu'il existe une sélection différente de bureaux d'information pour les détenteurs du Pass ferroviaire allemand. Tu peux les trouver en bas de la liste.
