What is The Interrail Effect?
The Interrail Pass was never just a rail ticket.
When our story began in 1959, there was no fixed route for travellers to follow. No fixed destinations. The journey itself was the point.
Today, we still stand for travelling deeper, not just further. In visiting cities you’ve heard of and villages you haven’t. In falling asleep in one language and waking up in another.
We believe in returning home with new friendships, greater confidence and fresh ways of seeing the world.
